or ¼ cup if smaller berry

almond milk
Vanilla protein
1 serving

tablespoon
chia seed

tablespoon
almond butter
Handful spinach

teaspoon
cinnamon
vanilla extract, and almond extract, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse one medium high speed until creamy. Once combined give it 30 seconds longer for a creamier smoothie.
