Pumpkin Crumb Muffins with Cardamom Crumb

Ingredients
Crumb:

cardamom or cinnamon (or a mix)
if you love a strong cardamom flavor double to 2 teaspoons

Muffins:
1 ⅔

all-purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda

ginger

cardamom

pumpkin puree

vegetable oil

Instructions
Crumb:
Add the flour, spice, and brown sugar to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour in the melted butter. Mix together with a fork until large crumbs form. Set aside
Muffins:
Preheat oven to 325
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
Mix together pumpkin, oil, sugar, salt, and eggs
Slowly add in the flour mixture until just combined
Transfer the batter to a lined muffin panAdd ~1 tablespoon crumble topping to each muffin
Bake for around 25 minutes until tester comes out clean
