Place yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices into a plastic bag and evenly combine. Add in chicken cubes and coat to combine. Let marinade for 4-24 hours
Turn barbecue onto medium high heat
Place 1 piece of marinated chicken alternating with a piece of pepper or onion onto skewers
Cook on the barbecue until internal temperature reaches 165 degree F, flipping 1 time halfway
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving
