Greens:

shredded brussels sprouts

Toppings:

Instructions
Dressing:
Add all dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine
Add brussels sprouts and arugula to dressing and toss to combine
Top with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, and sliced apples
