Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin chocolate chip bread is probably our most requested recipe. It’s almost a guarantee that whenever we make it, someone asks us for the recipe. It’s so tender, full of pumpkin flavor, and dotted with mini chocolate chips. The little loaves are one of our favorite things about the fall. Every year, right when we start seeing pumpkins line the entryways of stores, pumpkin bread is the first thing we make. We have made this recipe annually since we were kids. It’s always as good as we remember, and we look forward to making it as soon as it turns September.

Lemon Curd Chiffon Cake

Chiffon cakes are one of our favorite styles of cake. We love the light layers with alongside of a creamy filling. For this version, we are making a lemon curd chiffon cake. It has our classic chiffon layers. We make these by making one round and slicing it into thin pieces. After we make the layers, we layer in lemon curd. We do half lemon curd and half lemon curd cream. The final cake it topped with whipped cream that gets swirled with a little more lemon curd.

Chocolate Cake with Whipped Sea Salt Caramel

After seeing the Ed Kimber viral whipped caramel cake on instagram, we knew we had to create our own version. We love a decadent chocolate on chocolate cake, but then adding in a light, whipped caramel in the middle to make it all that more delicious was too good to be true. This cake is chocolatey, rich, and has tons of flavor with the addition of the vanilla bean sea salt caramel.
