These fig prosciutto puff pastry bites are buttery, sweet, and salty. They start with a buttery puff pastry base. After rolling out the puff pastry, we add in Gruyere and a piece of prosciutto. The bites then are topped with a couple slices of figs and drizzle of honey. We finish them withe some cracked black pepper.

This peanut butter cup chocolate layer cake starts with 3 layers of buttermilk chocolate cake layers. After the layers cool, we layer on peanut butter icing. This peanut butter icing is a Swiss meringue buttercream, but peanut butter gets added at the end. Once the cake is frosted, we top it with mini peanut butter cups. We love this cake so much that we made it for Jules’ birthday this year. It’s a peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream.

This pumpkin chocolate chip bread is probably our most requested recipe. It’s almost a guarantee that whenever we make it, someone asks us for the recipe. It’s so tender, full of pumpkin flavor, and dotted with mini chocolate chips. The little loaves are one of our favorite things about the fall. Every year, right when we start seeing pumpkins line the entryways of stores, pumpkin bread is the first thing we make. We have made this recipe annually since we were kids. It’s always as good as we remember, and we look forward to making it as soon as it turns September.
